Annual Gospel Showcase Returns to Audubon Zoo

New Orleans, LA, USA (February 5, 2014) — In celebration of Black History Month, Audubon Zoo will host its 6th annual Get Yah Praise On gospel showcase on Saturday, February 15, which promises to be a full-day of fun for the entire family.

Get Yah Praise On features a lineup of local and regional gospel artists. Highlighting the event is a performance by international gospel great Bishop Paul S. Morton Jr., who returns to deliver a special, soul-stirring show on the Capital One Stage at 1 p.m.

Guest emcees will be Trazi Lashawn and Loretta Petit.

Sponsored by The Bardell Company, Get Yah Praise On is included with Audubon Zoo admission, which is $17.50 for adults, $12 for children 2-12, and $13 for seniors 65+. Audubon Nature Institute members are admitted free of charge. Audubon Zoo is located at 6500 Magazine Street.
