Asia Theme Park Development forum less than one month away

by Leann Lee, Guangzhou Grandeur Exhibition Services Co. Ltd.

In Asia, the theme park industry continues to make progress. For instance, Legoland built a new home in Malaysia. In 2016, 20th Century Fox Theme Park will open and Shanghai Disneyland will be completed. In addition, Guangdong Chimelong Group Co., Ltd. has invested 20 billion Yuan to build a large resort & theme park in Zhuhai, Guangdong Province. From Malaysia to the Middle East and Seoul to Shanghai, an ever-growing number of new theme parks, resorts and entertainment venues have sprung up, and will be open to visitors within five years.

Do these and other developments create opportunities or challenges for us? Facing investment and exploitation boom, we will also subsequently see flourishing development in product design, landscape design, animation production, amusement equipment, intelligent management service and other fields related to theme park construction. How should investors, brand owners, equipment and service providers seize cooperation opportunities and find a right way to the markets? It is a matter of courage and astuteness.

Under these circumstances, Asia Theme Park Development Forum 2013 will kick off concurrently with G&A. We will invite contractors, equipment providers, experts, analysts, architects and other professionals from tourism companies, design agencies, financial institutions, government organs and other organizations. During the forum, participants will be gathered to share the latest information, exchange experiences, discuss issues from different perspectives and seek consensus as well as development opportunities.
