Paul Novick joins Betson Enterprises as VP Sales & Sales Operations

 

Betson Enterprises announces the expansion of the sales team with Paul Novick hired as Vice President of Sales & Sales Operations.  Paul will oversee critical planning and help to maximize sales performance. His responsibilities will include planning, sales process optimization, sales training, and sales program implementation.

“Betson continues to evolve and grow as a company,” said Jonathan Betti, Vice President, Sales & Business Development, Betson Enterprises. “Paul brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in sales management, training and program development which he’ll utilize to strengthen the great things our sales team is currently doing.”

Paul has worked closely with small to medium size companies specializing in sales process optimization and business development. He spent the last five years leading sales and sales management training for Kärcher North America where he led the customization and launch team as well as providing ongoing training for its CRM program. He facilitated, created and developed training programs for direct, account management, customer service and distribution sales as well as sales management personnel.

Paul has a track record of success within sales and sales training, spanning a variety of industries while holding several senior management positions with top companies such as Cendant, Realogy, AIG, and Marriott.
