Barton, VT, USA — Charles Morrow Productions (CMP), a multimedia developer and producer, blending art and technology in True 3D Sonic Installations, audio tours, new media experiences and commercial sound tracks,  is pleased to have its Los Angeles Listening Room with Edwards Technologies, Inc. (ETI), where True3D sound is integrated with large systems supported by ETI and with 3D video projection. CMP is excited to spotlight the ETI and Fresh Juice Global (FJG) Support Services department, which provides a total package of support services, including traditional Audio and Video support needs.

Their support starts with the 24/7/365 Support Helpdesk which provides both phone and email support. For clients using ETI/FJG Cloud Support services, they actively monitor player, CPU, network, disk, and temperature activity remotely. Associated hardware, such as projectors and displays, can also be monitored by capturing valuable statistics such as display status (On/Off), lamp hours, and device warnings and errors.

ETI/FJG’s remote support capability allows them to execute hardware reboots, select software restarts, actively preview what’s playing live, and schedule planned preventive maintenance where and when required. All support issues are tracked and monitored using the custom helpdesk software, which is available to all clients so they can view the resolution status of issues. For issues that cannot be resolved remotely, ETI/FJG is also able to coordinate onsite support using their global network of qualified service technicians, fulfilling their commitment to provide “360 Degrees” of support coverage to CMP’s valued clients.
