City of Dreams Presents Special Dragon’s Treasure Fortune Edition Celebrate the Chinese New Year with the Fortune Rabbit

MACAU — City of Dreams announced that a new special celebratory fortune edition of the Dragon’s Treasure show at The Bubble theater would be showcased starting on February 3, 2011 (first day of the Chinese New Year). The exciting new edition follows the Lucky Tiger edition launched last year, and will continue to welcome visitors to City of Dreams, bringing them on a celebration of the Year of the Rabbit with joy and good fortune.

The Bubble theater is the world’s largest special effects projection dome which costs nearly USD $40 million (approximately MOP300 million) to create. This wondrous sensory extravaganza leads guests on a spectacular underwater journey through the magical kingdoms of the four dragons.

In this new edition, guests are whisked to the spinning stylized roulette wheel with 12 Zodiac characters to meet the Fortune Rabbit himself and are blessed with good fortune in a shower of gold coins and fireworks. With new content created by Falcon’s Treehouse LLC, this special edition sequence will allow guests to venture into the spectacular Bubble theater to view this additional experience at the beginning of the Dragon’s Treasure attraction.

Mr. Nicholas Naples, Co-Chief Operating Officer, Operations, Melco Crown Entertainment Limited said, “We are very pleased to bring the new special fortune edition of the Dragon’s Treasure, showcasing the versatility and adaptability of The Bubble theater. This new edition keeps the Dragon’s Treasure fresh and exciting. This is one of the world’s greatest multimedia shows and has been experienced by over 2.5 million visitors since City of Dreams opened. Being touched by this fortune show is something all Macau locals and visitors must continue to experience.”
