Clip ‘n Climb Newest Attraction at Central Park Fun-Land

Central Park Fun-Land of Fredericksburg, VA made a dedicated commitment in 2017 by undergoing major park renovations to improve the environment and image of Fun-Land. An immediate change was brought to the park through an interior remodel with new paint, new carpeting, a colorful lighting display, and a major overall of the bathrooms.

In 2018, Fun-Land began to build on the new foundation, by installing a series of new attractions around the park. The newest, and most vibrant attraction is the Clip ‘n Climb experience which opened on February 17th, 2018 to all guests.

Clip ‘n Climb was brought in as thrilling new activity that is fun for all ages. The Clip ‘n Climb attraction is designed to create a fun challenge for everyone and fits perfectly along Fun-Land’s goal to create fun in a family friendly environment.

The Clip ‘n Climb attraction is a part of the bigger picture to improve the experience during each Fun-Land visit. Clip ‘n Climb is included as an attraction for our Season Passholders, which adds value to their yearly pass. The new attraction is also included on daily use wristband which also gives guests the chance to have unlimited access to it for an entire day.

Clip ‘n Climb offers seven structures with a total of nine different climbing surfaces. It consists of a “Stairway to Heaven” where guests step higher and higher to reach the top, a spiraling “Twister”, and a see through “Face-to-Face” wall allowing two people to climb and race against each other. The area also features four solo vertical walls including “Big Cheese”, “The Racing One”, “Amazeing”, and “Alien” with different degrees of difficulty.

Central Park Fun-Land will continue to add more value and new experiences in 2018 for their Season Passholders and valued guests with the addition of a new indoor roller coaster which will arrive this summer.
