Boyertown, PA, USA — Gateway Ticketing Systems has announced its 2014 User Group Meeting and the UGM host, The Denver Museum of Nature and Science (DMNS). Now in its 19th year, the annual User Group Meeting will be held from August 11-14, 2014 at the Denver Grand Hyatt in downtown Denver. “We’re thrilled to have The Denver Museum of Nature and Science host this year’s meeting,” said Gateway Marketing Manager and UGM organizer, Tricia Szurgot. “They’re not just a cutting-edge cultural and educational venue, they’re a valuable and knowledgeable customer with whom we’ve enjoyed close to ten years of partnership – the Museum will be a wonderful partner for the User Group Meeting!”

Director of Technology at DMNS, Eric Boen, echoed Szurgot’s enthusiasm: “We are very much looking
forward to welcoming our fellow Galaxy users to Denver and to the Museum during this year’s User
Group Meeting.”

The annual User Group Meeting focuses on Gateway customers and provides them the opportunity to
learn how to make the most of their Galaxy investment through industry- and product-relevant
presentations and networking activities. This year’s agenda will include customer and Gateway
presentations, training sessions and interactive panels to learn how to implement and take advantage of
new enhancements to Gateway’s Galaxy™ product suite. Customers from large and small venues alike
will walk away with implementable ideas they can use to maximize operational efficiency and revenue
opportunities.

The User Group Meeting is a highlight of the year for Gateway employees and is an important element
of Gateway’s focus on fostering and nurturing customer relationships as well as gathering valuable
insights from users. Again Szurgot: “Providing the opportunity for both our customers and our
employees to interact and learn from each other at our annual and regional UGMs is integral to creating
the long-lasting partnerships we have with our customers. Our annual UGM continues to grow, because
like our software products and services, we take customer feedback seriously – I look forward to seeing
our customer’s input on topics and format come to fruition at UGM this year!”
