Disney’s US Magic Kingdoms to Remain Open 24 Hours for "One More Disney Day"

Anaheim, CA and Lake Buena Vista, FL, USA (January 1, 2012)– Walt Disney Parks and Resorts is ringing in the new year with the “One More Disney Day” campaign, announced during the Dick Clark’s Rockin’ New Years Eve broadcast on ABC television December 31.  According to the official website, the promotion consists of three main components:

  • Disneyland Park in California and the Magic Kingdom at Florida’s Walt Disney World Resort will both remain open for 24 hours on Leap Day, February 29.
  • Guests purchasing stays for three nights or more along with park tickets between February 26 and March 10 will receive free park admission on Leap Day as well as an additional hotel night at no additional charge.
  • Between January 1 and February 29, Disney will be giving away 60 vacation packages for four to either Disneyland Resort or Walt Disney World Resort.
