DNP Imagingcomm America Corporation Provides Photo Printing Solutions for Attractions Industry

CONCORD, North Carolina – DNP Imagingcomm America Corporation’s Photo Imaging Division delivers award-winning digital photo printing solutions that provide custom photo souvenirs at many of the world’s most renowned amusement parks and attractions.

“Found in photo booths, greens screen stations, and ride souvenir stands around the world, DNP has become the industry standard for providing the most cost-efficient and highest quality photo printing solutions for attractions and amusement parks,” said Katsuyuki Oshima, President of DNP Imagingcomm America Corporation. “Our solutions are proven to be reliable revenue generators for the industry and we are committed to the continued development of new innovations to help further grow the bottom-lines of our customers.”

The latest addition to its DS Series printers, DNP’s DS620A™ printer is the world’s most compact professional-grade photo printer. The DS620A can produce up to 400 prints per hour and is a highly profitable solution for amusement and attractions professionals that want to provide instant custom photo souvenirs.

The DS80™ large format dye-sublimation printer prints full-bleed 8”x 10” and 8”x 12” photos in a protective lamination that provides resistance to fingerprints, dust, water, and fading. Due to the simple dye-sublimation transfer method and a roll-fed design, the printer can be operated for extended periods of time with no downtime. The roll design provides capacity for large amounts of media for printing–the DS80 can print 130 8”x 10” photos before a new roll is required.

Ideal for photo booth applications, the RX1™ digital photo printer is perfect for high volume printing needs which holds 700 4”x 6” photos in a single load and offers an eco-friendly footprint with a compact yet extremely durable design.

DNP also offers a wide variety of printing media, including a new double-perforated media derivative of its popular 6”x8” photo paper. The new perforated media features a 2” laser-snap double perforation that allows for snap-off photo strips as well as the ability to attach “call to action” items such as vouchers, coupons, logos, and other promotional materials. The double-perforated media is available for DNP’s DS620A, DS40 and RX1 printer models.
