Electrosonic announces Ewan Smith as President, Bryan Hinckley as Global VP, Immersive Experiences

Electrosonic Group announced that Ewan Smith (above left) had been appointed President of Electrosonic Inc and Bryan Hinckley (above right) as Global Vice President for Immersive Experiences.

Ewan Smith will be joining Electrosonic from AVI-SPL, where he was Executive VP and General Manager for the past five months after the merger with Whitlock, where he was National Vice President. Ewan will be bringing his 9+ years of experience as GM at Whitlock, where he provided leadership in sales, operations, and services.

Ewan is a seasoned technology industry executive with an unprecedented focus on customer outcomes, employee engagement and development, sales strategy development, and execution. Ewan brings a successful record of 20+ years of technology industry experience.

Commenting on his appointment, Ewan Smith said: “What attracted me to Electrosonic was the amazing customer-centric culture that’s been created here. Bryan Hinckley also assumes the role of Global Vice President of Immersive Experiences. In his new role, Bryan will drive at the Electrosonic Group the growth of its large projects that make use of immersive technologies and storytelling on a more global scale.
