Gateway Ticketing Introduces Galaxy Connect Cloud-Based Service

Gilbertsville, PA, USA (November 18, 2015) Gateway Ticketing Systems, Inc., debuted its latest innovation in the ticketing and access control industry, Galaxy Connect™, at IAAPA Attractions Expo 2015. Galaxy Connect™ is a cloud-based solution that seamlessly integrates ticket suppliers and distributors to make selling more tickets to attractions around the world easier.

“We’re solving a real problem for our customers and the distributors they work with by eliminating a cumbersome voucher system,” explains Scott Lobaugh, Gateway’s director of business development. “Tickets purchased through Galaxy Connect™ are live tickets, allowing the customer to proceed directly to a venue’s front gate instead of standing in line and exchanging their voucher for a ticket.”

Galaxy Connect™ connects venues with any number of distributors (as well as with other participating venues) with one integration, allowing for easier onboarding and opening up more revenue streams. Additionally, the solution also provides distributors with real-time access to capacity-managed events.
