The city of Gilbert, Arizona, located near Phoenix, has issued RFP’s for recreational facilities, including a 10-20 acre aquatic center, to be located in Gilbert Regional Park. Concepts being taken under consideration include “Multi‐use Recreation Centers, Field Houses, Tournament Facilities, Aquatic Centers, Adventure Courses, Fun Centers, and Zip‐Line Courses.”
Applicants must submit separate proposals for each site they are interested in. Proposals for the sites cannot be combined into one proposal. The three RFP’s may be found here.
