GSCA 2011 Board of Directors Announced

The Giant Screen Cinema Association (GSCA) has announced the results of the 2011 board of directors election. Eleven new directors will begin serving their two-year terms at the upcoming GSCA Film Expo being held in Los Angeles, CA, on March 8-9. The new directors representing the five GSCA membership categories are:

The new board of directors will elect a chair and vice chair during the board meeting in Los Angeles on Monday, March 7. Gordon Stalans, treasurer, and Patricia Keighley, secretary, will continue their responsibilities as officers for the remaining year of their terms. The executive committee, governance committee, and committee chairs and co-chairs will be determined at the March 7 meeting as well.

Judith Rubin ([email protected]) is a leading journalist, content marketing specialist and connector in the international attractions industry. She reports on design and technical design, production and project management, industry trends and company culture. From 2005-2020 she ran communications and publications for the Themed Entertainment Association (TEA). In 2013, she was honored with the TEA Service Award. She was development director of IMERSA and publicist for the Large Format Cinema Association, and has contributed to the publications of PLASA, IAAPA and the International Planetarium Society. Judith joined World’s Fair magazine in 1987, which introduced her to the attractions industry. She joined InPark in 2010. Judith earned a BFA from Pratt Institute.
