(New Orleans) – As part of the Fourth of July holiday experience, all Audubon Nature Institute attractions will be open Monday July 4, 2011. Audubon Zoo, Aquarium of Americas, Entergy IMAX® Theatre and Audubon Insectarium will have loads of holiday fun for the family.

Red, White and Butterflies – Audubon Insectarium July 2
In a most unusual salute to our nation’s birthday, Audubon Insectarium staff creates a salute to the American flag out of red, white and blue butterflies.

Go 4th on the River – Woldenberg Park July 4 
Fireworks at nightfall on the Mississippi River. Visitors enjoy a weekend long (July 1-4) discount of $4 off any admission to Audubon Aquarium or Audubon Insectarium.
