Immersed 2016 Issues Call for Speakers

Toronto, ON, Canada – The Immersive Technology Alliance’s (ITA) Immersed 2016 conference takes place at the Ontario Science Centre (OSC) from October 16-18, Sunday to Tuesday in Toronto, Canada. The conference is welcoming speaker submissions to this unique industry-building East Coast event. The deadline for submitting a proposal is Friday, September 23, 2016.

Some of the technologies applicable to Immersed 2016 include virtual reality, augmented reality, stereoscopic 3D, haptics and holography.

Immersed 2016 is accepting speaker submissions, as well as proposals for presentations, tutorials, special sessions and industry forum panel discussions related to:

  •    Video games
  •    Immersive cinema and experiences
  •    Education
  •    360 Broadcasting
  •    Enterprise
  •    Industry growth / business
Immersed 2016 includes industry and career building sessions for professionals and entrepreneurs as well as multiple networking opportunities and receptions. The public portion is part of the Ontario Science Centre experience during Immersed 2016 and registration is included with museum attendance.
