AVIXA seeks presenters for Integrated Systems Europe 2019

 

AVIXA™, the Audiovisual and Integrated Experience Association, invites you to submit a proposal to present at the Integrated Systems Europe conference in Amsterdam, 5‑8 February 2019. Proposals must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. EDT on Tuesday, 31 July 2018.

Be a part of shaping AV’s future by sharing your expertise and experience with colleagues and aspiring AV professionals who will benefit from your experience while you make a valuable contribution to the industry.

Submit a proposal for one of the following session formats:

FlashTrack:

20–minute education sessions that are designed for AV professionals of all experience levels and that focus on answering the question: ‘What keeps an AV professional up at night?’ Topics of interest can include: workforce development, ROI, emerging trends, ‘Top 10 Tips…’ – we want to hear from you!

Higher Education Conference:

Traditional conference session by one or more speakers, followed by Q&A. Presentations will provide an in-depth examination and can include but is not limited to: expectations, best practices, advances, and/or solutions for enhancing end-user engagement and experience within higher education. Presentation proposals should include a full description of what will be presented. Each presentation, including Q&A, can last 20–45 minutes.

End-User Conference:

Traditional conference session by one or more speakers, followed by Q&A. Presentations will provide an in-depth examination and can include but is not limited to: applied and/or working project(s) or case study that will aide in creating value within an organization and focuses on customer experience. Presentation proposals should include a full description of what will be presented. Each presentation, including Q&A, can last 20–45 minutes.

When considering your session format and topic, to highlight the industry’s changing expectations, four distinct tracks will encompass the education program at ISE:

User Experience

The user experience has emerged as the primary driver of success in project outcomes. As such, the User Experience track will help you to examine your work through the eyes of your end-user. AVIXA’s stimulating sessions will include highly engaging discussions, case studies and activities to propel you to create exceptional experiences with your clients.

AV/IT

The digital capture and transport of AV signals presents ongoing challenges and opportunities. Keeping up-to-date on the ever-evolving state of play in the digital realm is critical. In the AV/IT track, discover the latest in protocols and applications to keep you in the game.

Design

What makes a great design? Systems design is evolving into integrated experience design and the rules are changing. The design track features sessions to help you develop better design strategies.

Emerging Trends

What’s new in technology, business and user culture? Join us for these informative sessions to keep you up to date and to stimulate your thinking as the industry evolves.
