Founded 50 years ago to offer mechanical, electrical and plumbing design services in Southern Nevada, today JBA is an international engineering and technology consulting firm, designing every kind of active building system and providing unmatched technical expertise for a variety of market sectors around the world.

unnamed“Three factors led to the success of the company,” said JBA’s founder Ralph Joeckel. “One, the unique opportunity afforded by the growth of Las Vegas; two, a willingness and ability to meet the fast pace of design demanded by the gaming industry; and three, the extremely high standards we set. The work we were doing set us apart.”

JBA’s Chairman of the Board, Dwayne Miller, added, “Every small company reaches a point when it must evolve if it is to continue to grow.” It was Miller whose vision was instrumental in transforming JBA into the global company it is today. “We’ve grown with our clients as they expanded globally, allowing JBA to fulfill its mission to improve and protect the human environment and continue to serve as Trusted Advisors™  to our clients worldwide.”
