JR Automation Acquires Setpoint

 

JR Automation, a leading provider of intelligent automated manufacturing and distribution technology solutions headquartered in Holland, Michigan, announced that it has acquired Setpoint Systems and Setpoint, Inc. The Setpoint companies are based in Ogden, UT and create automation solutions for the e-commerce, amusement, and other industries.
