Indianapolis, IN, USA — Creative Works, Inc. successfully put on another LaserTAG360 event earlier this month with a great group of entrepreneurs in attendance ready to learn about the industry or for those already in the industry, sharpening their skills to tackle new goals for their business.
This month’s event kicked off with a networking night in the hotel lounge allowing guests to meet and mingle with the industry experts, fellow attendees, and laser tag equipment manufacturers. Not only does this give attendees the opportunity to connect with industry leaders, but, in a casual setting, to hear what others are doing in their facilities to brighten up their business.
During the event, industry expert Sherri Howell with Trainertainment shared during her presentation that “training your party hosts is key to new and continuous business. Have the host prepared before the mom of the ‘little darling’ even arrives so she feels taken care of and at ease.”
Jerry Merola, with Amusement Entertainment Management, said during his presentation that “the future of the amusement industry is great. It’s our job as business owners to know all the essential information about our industry and future company growth for financial lenders to understand how bright their future will be as an investor.”
A combination of other industry vendors and operators makes for a great educational learning experience. Gavin, an attendee originally from New Jersey, said, “I filled half a notebook with strategies, facts, ideas, solutions, drawings, and key points. LaserTAG360 is far more than just an event; it’s setting you up for a successful family entertainment center.”
