Gateway Ticketing Promotes Marcus Lopez to Newly Created Position of Director of Customer Experience

Gilbertsville, PA, USA (January 27 2015) – Gateway Ticketing Systems is pleased to announce that it has named Marcus Lopez to the newly created position of Director of Customer Experience. Mr. Lopez moves into this critical new role to provide continued excellence in customer service and an enhanced level of engagement with Gateway customers around the world.

With Gateway since 2011, Marcus joined the Company from Universal Orlando where he worked in Information Technology. Most recently in the role of Director of Product at Gateway, it became clear that his relationships and rapport with Gateway customers were unmatched and an excellent fit for the new position of Director of Customer Experience.
