MR-ProFun, Inc has announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Icon Global Partners Limited. The acquisition represents a consolidation of two leading independent providers of waterpark operational consulting and management services.
This acquisition unites MR-ProFun, the oldest and largest provider of independent operational consulting and management services in the attractions industry, with Icon Global Partners Limited, a leading provider of consulting services focused specifically on waterparks. Combining these two organizations’ track records of providing value results in the creation of a premier operational consulting and management resource for owners of theme parks, waterparks, commercial attractions, cultural attractions, brand experiences and large-scale special events throughout the world.
