Clayton-le-Dale,UK — Mrs Dowson’s Farm Park, famed throughout the north-west for its award-winning ice cream, will unlock a unique new visitor attraction aimed at young children and families during selected weekends over the summer months

‘Mystery Mansion’ is the first attraction of its type at a UK farm park, and replaces the former ‘maize mazes’ of the past years.

Opening at the end of July, the attraction is set inside a mysterious manor house, where live actors, puppets and special effects will immerse visitors in a magical interactive experience designed specifically for children under 10 years old.

Visitors will follow the Professor around the mansion as they are whisked off on a magical mystery tour, where they will discover enchanted objects hidden in every room, and learn about the Professor’s travels to strange and exotic places in every continent.

Mystery Mansion is a light hearted, funny and educational entertainment experience with lots of audience interaction, zany characters and a huge immersive set.

The Mansion is open on selected weekends, and on other dates between July and September 2014.
