North American Parks Hit the Silver Screen

Three North American theme parks will appear in upcoming Hollywood blockbusters, and they can all be seen in the films’ trailers.

The defunct Jazzland/Six Flags News Orleans, New Orleans, LA, appears in Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters from 20th Century Fox, now playing.

Saving Mr. Banks from Walt Disney Pictures features scenes shot at Disneyland Park, Anaheim, CA.  The film opens December 20, 2013.

Also opening December 20, Anchorman: The Legend Continues sees legendary newsman Ron Burgundy visiting dolphins at SeaWorld San Diego, San Diego, CA.
