Online Applications Available for Wet ‘n’ Wild Las Vegas’ Inaugural Season

KYOZ601HgWWzywbbFezVx8Bu0YeyM_ybbJAjQSKwpzo (1)Las Vegas, NV, USA — Wet ‘n’ Wild Las Vegas has begun the hiring process for seasonal employment for its upcoming inaugural season which begins Memorial Day weekend and continues through September. Positioned to be Nevada’s premier water park experience, the park is now accepting applications to fill more than 300 positions. All applicants should begin the employment process online atwww.wetnwildlasvegas.com under the Employment tab.

Applications for seasonal positions are currently being accepted in the following areas: Lifeguards, Admissions, Guest Services, Emergency Medical Technicians, Maintenance, Food & Beverage, and Security. Several supervisory positions also are available within these operating departments. No year-round positions are currently available.

Following online submission, the Wet ‘n’ Wild management team will review applications and contact select applicants over the next few months to participate in an interview and hiring fair leading up to Memorial Day weekend.

“We’re looking for enthusiastic people to join the Wet ‘n’ Wild Las Vegas team as we gear up for the first of what will be many fun seasons in Las Vegas,” said Takuya Ohki, Wet ‘n’ Wild Las Vegas general manager.

“Wet ‘n’ Wild Las Vegas will provide a fun and safe environment for residents and visitors to create lasting memories, and it will do the same for our employees,” he added.  “The water park environment is a great place to work, particularly for our community’s youth who may be starting their first job.  This also will be a great way for them to develop valuable work experience, a strong work ethic and build a foundation for their future careers.

Applicants for all positions must be 16 years of age to apply. Pay rates vary by position. Detailed job descriptions and application instructions are available at www.wetnwildlasvegas.com under Employment.

Development of the water park continues with vertical construction under way in several areas, including the Desert Racers and CanyonFalls slides, main entrance, bathrooms, and food and retail areas.
