Playersoft Allows Margaritaville Casino Visitors to Register for Player’s Club on Casino Floor Through iOS Technology

Las Vegas, NV, USA /PRWEB/ — As Margaritaville Casino & Restaurant in Biloxi, Mississippi made its debut with music from legendary singer Jimmy Buffett, employees were ready to welcome guests with the easiest player’s club registration system in the industry. Playersoft Technologies’ Mobile Enrollment system allows casino staff to enroll new guests in the casino’s player’s club anywhere on the casino floor utilizing a specialized Apple iPhone or iPod Touch.

“We’re excited to begin our customer relationships with the ease and convenience of Playersoft’s mobile enrollment platform. We believe in the system so much we’ve eliminated a player’s club booth location,” says Jerome Fremin, Director of Slot Operations. “We’re the first casino to take the booth directly to the customer. No “booth barrier”, no waiting in line. This makes the Mobile Enrollment system more to us than just the newest technology. It’s going to help us create better customer relationships by removing the traditional booth location and allow employees to interact with customers on the floor, where the customer is comfortable and wants to be.”

Mobile Enrollment’s open design interface can operate with any casino player tracking system, transforming the sign up process from several minutes at a club booth to just a few seconds anywhere on the casino floor.

“This is uniquely gratifying for us,” says Tony de Leon, President of Playersoft. “That Margaritaville Biloxi is relying on our Mobile Enrollment platform to be their virtual booth is a huge vote of confidence and it makes a real statement to their guests about the level of customer service they are committing to.”

Utilization of an iPhone or iPod makes the entire system small, lightweight and very intuitive. This combination with the Playersoft Mobile Enrollment application makes a product that is fast and extremely simple to use. “We’ve been casino operators ourselves for both Las Vegas resorts and Native American gaming operations. We know the importance of making the casino player’s visit convenient and hassle free regardless of a property’s size,” said de Leon. “Mobile Enrollment was designed specifically to do that by streamlining the enrollment process, but it also creates improved data accuracy during the sign up process and profitability in a number of ways.”

Mobile Enrollment also features an offline mode allowing staff to reach out to players at offsite events adding even greater reach and furthering the player’s experience. This creates a positive impression of the level of service the casino is willing to provide.

Playersoft Technologies began operations in August of 2010 with a mission to help casino operators improve the players gaming experience by creating a positive effect on player retention and profitability. The Playersoft team is comprised of former casino executives who have been inventing systems to streamline and automate operations for many years.
