Shawn Ridgway Appointed Director of Product Development at Gateway Ticketing

Gilbertsville, PA, USA (June 23, 2015) – Gateway Ticketing Systems is pleased to announce that it has named a new Director of Product Development, Shawn F. Ridgway. Ms. Ridgway has joined the Company to execute on product development to keep Gateway at the forefront of innovation and meet the ever evolving ticketing and access control needs of the Company’s current and future customers.

shawn ridgwayMs. Ridgway comes to Gateway with decades of product development experience from her previous position as the Director of Engineering for a multi‐billion dollar company.  In this position, Shawn oversaw Engineering, Program Management and Program Architecture.  Among other things, she was responsible for prioritization of requirements, staffing, monitoring program deliverables, and overseeing the Architecture teams for a suite of applications developed in 7 development locations worldwide. She also managed software releases across 34 agile teams with responsibility for the scope, timeline, and quality of large software deliveries to hundreds of customers worldwide.
