SimEx-Iwerks Bringing Two New Adventures to Philippines’ Enchanted Kingdom

Manila, Philippines (June 9, 2015) — Mario O. Mamon, Chairman & President of Enchanted Kingdom, the Philippines’ first and only world-class theme park, recently announced two new attractions to commemorate the park’s 20th anniversary this year.

Enchanted Kingdom will retire its trusty 60 seat OMNI Motion Master System at the famous Rialto Theater and replace it with a state-of-the-art SimEx-Iwerks 108 seat 4-D ride experience. The new attraction promises to transport audiences to a higher level of experience, thrill and excitement.   The Re-Born Rialto Theatre is scheduled to open in October 2015.

Enchanted Kingdom’s second new attraction is expected to be a game changer.

Custom designed for the park by SimEx-Iwerks, the Attraction will be a unique high-capacity ride that takes audiences on an unforgettable, exhilarating journey through some of the most beautiful locales in the Philippines.  Utilizing the latest in 4K projection technology and boasting one of the largest projection screens in the World, this ride will truly be a must see when it opens in early 2016.

The close collaboration between Enchanted Kingdom and SimEx-Iwerks on these two innovative and participatory attractions, reaffirms their joint commitment to provide guests with memorable, modern experiences, that will power Enchanted Kingdom into another decade of strong growth.
