S&S Worldwide, Inc. Announces New Amusement Ride Products

S&S Worldwide, Inc. (“S&S”) is pleased to announce that its product line has been expanded to include a collection of fun, fresh, new kiddie rides.

At the Attractions Exposition (sponsored by the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions, “IAAPA”) in Orlando, Florida in mid- November, S&S introduced and operated in the outdoors exhibit area the first two rides in the company’s new themed collection of kiddie rides.

The “Critter Collection” of kiddie rides have been developed by the company’s in- house team; and, with the assistance of a group of experienced amusement industry designers, a bright color palette and unique theme elements have been incorporated to delight young and old alike. The rides have been designed and engineered as true family attractions, with seating for 36” (0.9m) children, as well as adults, so parents and grandparents will also be able to enjoy the ride experience. Each of these rides has been designed as a stand-alone piece, but the entire collection also provides a unique, well-themed, complementary set of rides for any amusement facility or family entertainment center.

The “Jungle Swing” ride, a themed version of the company’s Junior Swing, invites children of all ages to enjoy the feeling of the wind in their faces, as they sit back-to-back for a ride that feels like everyone’s dream of a delightful playground swing. The ride, along with the newly re-designed and re-themed Frog Hopper ride, will offer amusement facilities of all sizes affordable family fun with low installation, maintenance, and operating costs.

The new Small Rides Division at S&S is being headed by Kathy Archer, who has been with the company since 1999, under the general direction of Kevin Rohwer, Vice President of Sales and Marketing. S&S anticipates that these affordable and innovative new rides, manufactured with the quality upon which the company has built its reputation in the amusement industry, will be a very successful addition to the company’s product line-up.
