Rick Solano Joins TopTix as Vice President of Operations

Charleston, SC, USA – Fred Maglione, Executive Chairman of TopTix Americas, is pleased to announce that Rick Solano has joined TopTix as Vice President of Operations.

unnamed-1Mr. Solano, who reports to Maglione, will partner with the senior leadership team to play an integral role in strategic decision making and will lead all operations including client support and installation, data center management, IT and web development.

Maglione said, “At this time of significant growth, this is a key hire and I couldn’t be more excited for Rick to get started. He is a real ‘can-do’ person and brings a great breadth of executive leadership experience along with his ability to streamline operations and his focus on client success needs.”

Solano’s appointment as Vice President of Operations is part of a global initiative to bring together strategic thought-partners to support the growth of the company. He is the third executive hire by TopTix Americas in the past year. TopTix is the author of SRO, a web delivered software solution to manage ticket sales, customer marketing activities, CRM, merchandise sales, fundraising, memberships, loyalty, and access control into a venue.
