Torq03 E-Zone implements Semnox cashless system

Torq03 has adopted the Semnox cashless system for the gaming operations at its facility in Bengaluru, India. An indoor and outdoor activity center, Torq03 draws people of all ages in this large city. With its in-house sports bar and multi-cuisine restaurant, the facility is a one-stop destination for people who want to party and play.

A favored destination with IT professionals of the city as well as adventure and thrill-seekers, this state-of-the-art facility features an indoor arcade gaming area, laser tag, bowling arena, simulation cricket, and a go-kart track in addition to many other exciting attractions. The venue is a popular choice for celebrations such as birthdays and team outings.

“Semnox has and continues to aid us in all our growing needs to capture the true essence of entertainment and understand the business in depth. Smooth and reliable system has helped us run seamless operations,” says Bhavish K.P,  C.O.M, Torq03.

Semnox card readers facilitate cashless operations in the indoor arcade gaming and laser tag arena while the standalone card readers have been pressed into service for entry regulation at the bowling arena as well as the go-kart track. Highly customizable, Semnox card readers afford smart functionality and operate with the ‘tap-to-play’ technology.

It is a reliable system with dependable support,” says Sree Harsha S D, Owner, Torq03.

With the help of Semnox’s Customer Relationship Management(CRM) service, Torq03 can track membership details and use loyalty management programs to reward clients. Offers and seasonal discounts can also be promoted effectively with the use of Semnox’s Parafait module.

“We are happy to be associated with Torq03, a one-of-a-kind indoor and outdoor leisure area. The extra keen interest that the management takes to enable the process is commendable. Team Torq03 has been extremely supportive during and post-implementation of the system, including their avid interest to adapt to Semnox system. We, at Semnox, are confident about the success of Torq03 and will contribute in all possible ways to be part of their journey from a system standpoint,” says Umesh Prabhu, Director, Semnox.

Next on the anvil are plans to turn the entire facility cashless by introducing the Semnox F&B management module at the sports bar and the restaurant. This module will help streamline purchases and afford greater control while reducing operational costs. The Torq03 team also wishes to implement and go-live with the Semnox online module that offers guests the option to buy or recharge their cashless cards online. This can help guests utilize their time at the center to the maximum instead of waiting in queues.
