Triotech inaugurates production line for new STORM coin-op VR simulator

Triotech announces that its new production line for its coin-op VR interactive simulator STORM™ has been inaugurated. The STORM™, first introduced at IAAPA expo 2019 in Orlando, met a huge success on the market. The first machines are now beginning to ship.

In order to meet the soaring demand, Triotech put in place an extra production shift in its factory in Joliette, Quebec, Canada. This is a first in the company’s twenty plus years of history.

“The demand for our new STORM™ has been incredible since we presented it at IAAPA” stated Ernest Yale, Triotech’s Founder and CEO. He added: “Key to the STORM’s success is the fact that we worked closely with customers and distributors during the development and testing phase. The main ingredients are there; an amazing guest experience combined with strong ROI. This is supported by field test data showing strong earning numbers.”

The Storm™ is Triotech’s new interactive VR coin-op simulator ride. Featuring 2 motion seats and special effects like wind, it is a one-of-a-kind VR gaming experience in which players interact by simply waving their hands. The hand-gesture interactivity drives replayability as players compete to get the highest score.
