TripAdvisor.com Names Holiday World’s Splashin’ Safari #1 Water Park


SANTA CLAUS, Indiana USA.—–According to the world’s largest travel website, the nation’s top water park is Holiday World’s Splashin’ Safari.

TripAdvisor.com released their “Top 10 Water Parks in the U.S.” list, with the Santa Claus, Indiana, park in the number-one spot.

In a news release , TripAdvisor.com lauded Holiday World & Splashin’ Safari for “aquatic delights” such as Wildebeest water coaster as well as the park’s free soft drinks and sunscreen. The release included a quote from a traveler’s review posted on TripAdvisor: “This was the most clean and organized park we have ever been to.”

“This is huge,” says Holiday World & Splashin’ Safari president Dan Koch. “Our country has so many excellent water parks; it’s humbling to be declared the best.” The 27-acre water park includes multiple wave pools, rivers, children’s water-play areas, family raft rides, plus Wildebeest water coaster. A second water coaster – Mammoth – will open next May.
