Most guests are on high alert when it comes to their sense of sanitation and physical distancing, whereas other guests feel frustrated that changes had to happen at all. All of this lies on the shoulders of your guest-facing team members, who have been thrust into this new environment that is rapidly changing, and are presented with guest situations that we never imagined before 2020.
