Richmond, Canada (November 13, 2012) — WhiteWater has been awarded two 2012 Brass Ring Best New Products Awards for AquaCourseTM and SilkGelTM Technology, as well as one Best Exhibit award for Hopkins Rides at the IAAPA 2012 Attractions Expo in Orlando, Florida!

The first of its kind, AquaCourseTM challenges guests to traverse through an aquatic course of ropes, towers, bridges, water cannons and other interactive water features. With multiple tracks that offer varying degrees of water and exploration, AquaCourseTM is a true family adventure. Best of all, it captures the attention of that so-hard-to-please teen segment by delivering edgy thrills and testing balance, dexterity and courage! AquaCourseTM was also awarded with WWA’s Leading Edge award last month.

SilkGelTM, winner of IAAPA’s Best New Technology award, offers the industry’s only 10-year warranty against fading and chalking. This original technology is one-of-a-kind, offering superior colour retention and is a low maintenance, eco-friendly product. SilkGelTM is now the standard for every WhiteWater flume.

Geoff Chutter, WhiteWater’s President & CEO, remarked, “Wow! This year’s IAAPA Expo is one for the WhiteWater history books! We are honoured and pleased to be awarded three awards this year, as it really reinforces our growth and focus on being the ORIGINAL Waterpark & Attractions Company.”
