Wyatt Design Group Expanding; Looking to Fill New Positions

xkDpiU-0A_cDWBgP1VWs2nG-80Y8fjPSBFaBE9owMt8Pasadena, CA, USA (April 29, 2013) — Wyatt Design Group a multi-disciplinary design studio that specializes in entertainment, exhibitions, attractions and leisure destinations is in expansion mode.  Fresh on the heels of recent staff additions earlier this year, Wyatt Design Group is actively recruiting for two new permanent positions to join the expert team of designers, architects and project managers.  The studio is also seeking project-based temporary staff as well to meet the sudden demand.

A successful quarter of bidding and pitching projects have lead to a recent increase in new business, which necessitates the need for additional full-time staff.  The new entertainment-based projects are located in the Middle East and Asia, but details remain confidential at this time.

“Developers seem to now be aggressive in resuming projects that have been on hold or delayed as a result of the global recession,” observed Larry Wyatt, Principal of Wyatt Design Group.  “We have been responding to numerous inquiries since Fall of 2012 with several getting the green light this Spring.  It looks like 2013 will be pretty exciting for us.”

Recently, new hires Nancy Emerson as Project Director and Mark Spencer as Area Development and Planning, joined the Wyatt Design Group team in February 2013.  Mark, formerly of Thinkwell Group, brings with him creative and technical experience in attraction planning, landscape, area development, scenic design, commercial, residential and theme park design. Nancy brings 20+ years of experience in project controls and project/construction management for numerous entertainment projects for Walt Disney Imagineering, Universal Creative Hollywood, Cuningham Architecture, and Parsons, as well as her integral involvement as Vice President Western Division of the Themed Entertainment Association.   She provides top-notch project management expertise to implement the increased project workload at Wyatt Design Group
