Warsaw, Poland — Adventure World Warsaw announces that it has reached an out of court settlement with Royal Imtech and its affiliates. The settlement is final and binding. It resolves in a consensual manner all the issues on which the parties were divided in relation to the realization of Adventure World Warsaw and ancillary projects. The settlement also ends the cooperation between the parties. The parties will not disclose any financial details of the settlement.
