Animax promotes Angie Chadwick to Director of Financial Operations

Animax Designs recently promoted Angie Chadwick from Accounting Manager to Director of Financial Operations, responsible for all areas of finance and office administration. Angie joined Animax in January of 2019 bringing over 20 years of finance and accounting experience with responsibilities spanning cost accounting, treasury, internal controls, contract negotiation, financial reporting and business operations. Since joining the team, Angie has evolved the accounting and finance structure from a single individual to a 4‐person team, providing significantly more support and financial strategy for the growing business. She has proven herself to be an innovative thinker enhancing the company’s financial processes, increasing efficiency and growing the bottom line.

Animax President & CEO, Chuck Fawcett, is excited to create this new role to allow himself to focus on other important aspects of the business. “Over the last 30 years since I founded Animax Designs, I have personally focused on key financial aspects of the business such as budgeting, forecasting, managing our banking relationships, and setting financial strategy. Angie, having been with Animax for only 11 short months, quickly showed me that she was overqualified for the role of Accounting Manager. I am excited to elevate her into this newly created and vitally important position at Animax where she will take on strategic financial responsibilities so that I can focus more on exciting growth opportunities.”

Angie is passionate and dedicated to her continued professional development and is currently pursuing the path to become a CTP, Certified Treasury Professional. This designation serves as a benchmark of competency in the finance profession and is recognized as the leading credential in corporate treasury worldwide.
