Dana Levitt joins Zuber & Taillieu as Partner

Dana Levitt joins Zuber & Taillieu as a Partner in its litigation department, where he will focus on commercial, financial, intellectual property and other commercial litigation disputes. He has extensive experience in representing clients in complex, multi-forum litigation and in arbitration proceedings.

Prior to joining Zuber & Taillieu, Mr. Levitt was a partner of Foley & Lardner LLP and previously of McDermott Will & Emery LLP. Earlier in his career, he served as the managing partner of the law firm Alschuler, Grossman, Kahan & Pine. He also served as director of litigation at Security Pacific National Bank, supervising law firms throughout the United States and working closely with the bank’s outside auditors.

Mr. Levitt has been an instructor in advocacy in arbitration at the UCLA School of Law (spring semester, 2009). Mr. Levitt is Peer Review Rated as AV® Preeminent. He is active in the American Bar Association as a member of the Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Sections. He is a fellow of the American Bar Foundation, a membership limited to attorneys, judges and law professors whose careers demonstrate outstanding dedication to the welfare of their communities and to the highest principles of the legal profession. Mr. Levitt serves on the board of the Children’s Bureau of Southern California. He is a member of the Asian Pacific Bar Association and the International Chamber of Commerce.
