Jason Havel joins Entech as Project Manager

As Entech Innovative Engineering continues to broaden and enhance its project management experience, the central Florida engineering company has added Jason Havel as a Project Manager to its staff. Havel is a certified Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute and also holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Military Planning and Operations degree.

Before joining Entech Innovative, Havel wrapped up a 20-year career of aviation leadership and project management in the United States Air Force where he led a cross-functional Department of Defense (DoD) team and oversaw an $8.7M contract. His unit prepared U.S. and international military forces to support planned and contingency scenarios as the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) prepares for the return of U.S.-crewed human space flight. In this role, he was responsible to the commander of the United States Strategic Command.

Havel also led numerous operational flying squadrons to include being second in command of a 250-person combat ready C-130 flying squadron at the home of Combat Airlift in Little Rock, Arkansas, where he oversaw a training schedule of 8,700 flying hours per year. This included global operations of 26 crews and 13 aircraft valued at more than $80 million each.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in television production from Western Michigan University, his entrepreneurship-focused Master of Business Administration from Webster University and his Master of Arts in military planning and operations from the United States Air Force. Havel has received numerous governmental awards from NASA and the DoD for his leadership, project management and team building skills.
