NUSSLI Completes Main Structure of China Pavilion, Continues Work on Five Pavilions at EXPO Astana 2017

The giant glass sphere has already been erected in Astana, and construction work on multiple exhibition pavilions is proceeding well for NUSSLI. However, there is no time to rest, as the Expo 2017 in Astana will be opening its doors in less than 50 days.

At this year’s expo in Kazakhstan, NUSSLI is realizing the exhibition pavilions for China, the United Kingdom, Shell, Air Astana, and the Vatican. Construction work for the five projects is currently going full steam ahead.

On April 25, NUSSLI’s project team celebrated, together with the client, within a “Completion Ceremony” celebrating the completion of the main structure for the China pavilion at the Expo Astana 2017 on site.

More than 100 participating countries and organizations will be presenting their take on the theme “Future Energy” over a total of 93 exhibition days. From June 10 to September 10, 2017, the focus will be on the reliable provision of sufficient energy in developing countries and the transition from fossil fuels to renewable energy sources. More than 5 million visitors are expected.
