Compagnie des Alpes Chooses Gateway Ticketing Systems’ Galaxy® Product Suite for New Grévin Prague Location

cda_p_rgb haute défBoyertown, PA (April 2014) – Gateway Ticketing Systems is pleased to announce that Compagnie des Alpes (CDA) has chosen Gateway Ticketing Systems’ flagship Galaxy® product suite for ticketing and access control at its new Musee Grévin Prague, which opened May 1, 2014.

Gateway’s reputation as an industry leader with a unified point of sale solution that includes both onsite and online ticketing and access control was key to CDA’s decision to go with Galaxy, according to Heinrich Homola, Directeur General at Compagnie des Alpes – Musée Grévin s.r.o., Prague:

“Musée Grévin Prague has found a major ticketing software to drive its business in Prague. Galaxy and eGalaxy are designed to be the backbone of our sales and access control activity for now and the future of our new Musée Grévin.”

The eGalaxy Mobile Web Store’s dynamic adjustment to a guest’s mobile device, regardless of operating system, means that it is not dependant on an app download and doesn’t slow the purchasing process down or hinder guest experience. Guests will be able to buy online and go directly to the Museum’s access control point without waiting in line at the ticket counter. The Museum’s product solution also includes trade partner sales. Paired with the robust membership functionality inherent to Galaxy, the museum will be positioned to accommodate guest types from all possible sales channels.

Their vision for this brand, brand locations and their requirements to provide their guests the absolute best experience possible align with the service and quality Gateway has been delivering for over 25 years. We look forward to being a part of CDA’s business landscape future.”
