Hnedak Bobo Group Working on Projects in Memphis and Dubai

Memphis, TN, USA — Hnedak Bobo Group (HBG) reports on two major projects in advance of IAAPA Attractions Expo.

The Guest House at Graceland Hotel on track for a Fall 2016 opening

An extension of Elvis Presley’s Graceland Mansion in Memphis, the new 450-room, resort-style Guest House at Graceland Hotel has been on Graceland’s “wish list” since the mansion and grounds opened for tours in the early 1980’s.  The gracious, giving spirit of southern hospitality that Graceland conveys and Elvis Presley embodied, was a significant inspiration to HBG’s design process.  The hotel design complements the mansion and celebrates it, without overpowering it, ensuring the mansion retains its prominence as the focal point of the Graceland experience.

HBG announces design collaboration for the new 20th Century Fox World Dubai

“Rethink is excited to be working with HBG on the creative integration of our hotel and theme park designs for Fox Studios Dubai,” said RLE Senior Creative Director John Rust, “Collaborating with HBG’s team and utilizing their extensive expertise in resort design will result in an extraordinarily entertaining guest experience.”

Al Ahli Holding Group (AAHG) in an international licensing partnership with Twentieth Century Fox Consumer Products, will open the 20th Century Fox World, Dubai, in 2018 with design and production services provided by Rethink Leisure & Entertainment in collaboration with HBG. The licensing partnership with AAHG also calls for the creation of the world’s first Fox-branded resort, where themed rooms and dining opportunities will offer visitors a chance to further immerse themselves in the entertainment brands and rich history of 20th Century Fox.
