IAAPA announces winners of inaugural Euro Attractions Show Best of Exhibit Awards

 

The International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) presented its first European edition of the Best Exhibit Awards on Wednesday 26 September at Euro Attractions Show (EAS) at the RAI Convention Center in Amsterdam. The awards recognizes the most excellent booths among the EAS 2018 show floor.

A successful opening of EAS 2018 took place yesterday with a total of 569 manufacturing and supplying companies started to showcase their products and services to an international group of leisure, tourism and entertainment industry professionals from more than 150 countries. With a record breaking number of more than 15,000 square meters spanning over an area of 6 exhibit halls, the event has grown like never before. This was seen as the perfect opportunity for hosting the first edition of the events’ Best Exhibit Awards.

The tradition of the awards comes over from IAAPA Attractions Expo, where the Best Exhibit Award has been awarded for several years now. The IAAPA Brass Ring Awards are the most prestigious professional honors awarded, marking achievements of excellence throughout the international attractions industry.

A panel of 7 judges comprised of IAAPA facility members evaluated all entries on 25 September and choose three favorites in three booth size categories: booth size 9-18 sqm., booth size 19-54 sqm., and booth size larger than 54 sqm. The judges looked at booth design, branding, staffing, and overall appeal. The winners were of the Awards were announced at the annual EAS Leadership Breakfast on Wednesday 26 September.

The winners of the 2018 Best Exhibit Awards are:

Category: 9-18 square meters: Spirello BV (Booth Number 3102)

Category: 19-54 square meters: Eclipse Produciones Karaoke Media (Booth Number 7202)

Category: Larger than 54 square meters: SPI Global Play LTD (Booth Number 1-1334)
