After having worked in the theme park and entertainment industry throughout high school and college (Six Flags Great America, Walt Disney World, Adventureland, Rink Side Sports and Family Entertainment Center), Martin Palicki (martin@inparkmagazine.com) began working on creating a new publication for the industry. Started in 2004, InPark Magazine was designed to provide owners and operators the perspective from guests INside the PARK.
As the industry evolved, InPark began covering more museum projects and focusing on themed entertainment and technology.
In addition to InPark, Martin has written for other publications including Sound & Communications, Lighting & Sound America, Attractions Management and various Themed Entertainment Association publications. Martin has also been featured in Time Magazine, CNN.com and Folio. He is actively involved in the Themed Entertainment Association, having recently served on its International Board.
Martin lives in Milwaukee, WI and enjoys training for triathlons and traveling.
