National Geographic’s "Flying Monsters 3D" Nominated for Two Jackson Hole Science Media Awards

Washington, DC, USA — National Geographic Cinema Ventures & Atlantic Production’s film “Flying Monsters 3D” has been nominated for two Science Media awards by the Jackson Hole Wildlife Film Festival it was announced today. This is the inaugural year for the Science Media Awards Competition, which aim to recognize the outstanding media that best illustrates the wonders of science for a broad audience.

“Flying Monsters 3D” was nominated in the categories of “Earth and Environmental Science” and “Best Hosted or Presenter-Led Program.” National Geographic received several other award nominations for its television programming. “Flying Monsters 3D” is a state-of-the-art adventure film that immerses audiences in the world of prehistoric pterosaurs, a mysterious group of winged vertebrates that ruled the skies while dinosaurs roamed the Earth.
