Neptune Benson Acquired by Evoqua Water Technologies

Coventry, RI, USA (April 19, 2016) — Neptune Benson® is pleased to announce that it has been acquired by Evoqua Water Technologies, a global leader in water solutions and technology.

The acquisition pairs two of the water industry’s manufacturing, service and solutions leaders; combining a global reach and more than 100 years of expertise in water solutions. Together, the two companies filter, disinfect, treat, and improve billions of gallons of water in the industrial, municipal and recreational water markets.
