Semnox Parafait implemented in Ecuador’s Mundijuegos FECs

Semnox continues to expand their foot print in South America with the most recent implementation of Parafait at 6 sites of the Mundijuegos FEC group.

“I feel totally satisfied with all the advantages that the system has given to us; we have saved time, money and labor by using the software.” said Cesar Gonzalez, owner of “Mundijuegos”, FEC group in Ecuador.

The business started almost 19 years ago, with only 5 arcade games. After several years of hard work, they opened a new site in Guayaquil city; this site helped them to find new opportunities. And thanks to Mr. Cesar’s previous experience in other FECs, he decided to continue in the business by opening additional sites.

“We decided to implement Parafait from Semnox because after talking with Sushantha and Estefania, we analyzed all the advantages that we were going to have with it and we identified it was the next key move we had to do. Besides, Marc Haim with Gold Coast International, who is our supplier with game machines, recommended us to consider Semnox.”

The implementation across the 6 sites was completed in 4 months.
“We fulfilled customer’s unique requirements including for their Ticket printing, helping the customer to provide a better customer service to their guests, meanwhile meeting their Government’s mandatory inquiries.” said Estefania Monares, Business Associate in Semnox.

“Mundijuegos’ team feels very pleased and grateful with all the support received during the implementation” summarized Fernando and Israel, team members in the company.
