Mr. Roedel has previously served as the Chairman and CEO of BDO Seidman LLP and currently serves on the boards of several public companies including Brightpoint, Inc., IHS, Inc., Lorillard, Inc., Luna Innovations Incorporated and Sealy Corporation.
