TEA Summit and TEA Thea Awards Gala rescheduled to July

The Themed Entertainment Association (TEA) has rescheduled the 2020 TEA Summit and TEA Thea Awards Gala to July 9-11 in response to the COVID-19 global pandemic and out of concern for our global community. TEA takes this step with the partnership and support of our host venue, Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California.

The original event dates were April 16-18, 2020.

This date change was made in the best interest of TEA members, event participants, and our industry. Around the world, our communities, lives and businesses are being disrupted. All are facing health concerns, financial setbacks, travel bans, venue closures and general uncertainty.

TEA leadership is in discussions to determine how best to serve our members and fulfill our mission in the coming months. We look forward to a time of recovery in the near future.

Postponing the TEA Summit and Thea Awards Gala will help ensure that it remains a great and grand occasion to learn, network and celebrate – to honor our best and brightest – and that our global industry can attend in full force.

The content and structure of the events will remain the same, as will the location at Disneyland Hotel, Anaheim, California.

Our global membership nonprofit association is working closely with event sponsors, organizers and speakers, as well as the host venue, to ensure continuity. We thank our members and all involved for their patience and understanding during this difficult time, and wish you and your families the best of health.

TICKETS: Ticket sales for the TEA Summit and TEA Thea Awards Gala remain open at www.teaconnect.org and tickets already purchased for the original dates are automatically valid for the new dates. Ticketholders with questions or concerns may contact TEA Member Services by email at [email protected].
