Ricardo Tonding Etges Joins Vekoma as Global Business Development Manager

Vekoma Rides announces Ricardo Tonding Etges as its new Global Business Development Manager based in Latin America.

The goal of establishing permanent representation in Latin America is to provide professional sales support to its existing and future Amusement and Theme Park customers, offering innovative designs and high quality rides and attractions.

Effective January 2018, Tonding Etges is handling Amusement and Theme Park global sales for Vekoma Rides Manufacturing, with a focus on new markets and clients.

Tonding Etges is a highly skilled professional with over 10 years’ professional international experience in a leading function in the field of in theme parks, water parks, attractions and visitor centers and has been involved in the design and planning of parks and attractions. With his background in sales, marketing and management, his experience in the development and implementation of strategic business development/sales initiatives as well as his fluency in 3 languages – Portuguese, English and Spanish – Vekoma considers him a valuable contribution to its team.

Ricardo will be reporting directly to Peter van Bilsen -Global Executive Vice President- and will be working from Vekoma’s office in Panama City, Panama.
